Outdoor Training College has been selected to be a contracted training provider for Certificate 3 Guarantee program to deliver Government-subsidised course and applications are open now. All training provided under the Cert III Guarantee Program is subsidised by the QLD Government.
A certificate III level qualification is shown to have a significant impact on a persons employment and earnings. It is also the level of qualification usually required to get a job in industries like aged care, hospitality, small business and outdoor recreation.
Eligible working age Queenslanders are entitled to government susidies to complete a Certificate III level course. Once a certificate III level course has been completed, participants are no longer eligible for a subsidised training place under the Certificate 3 Guarantee Program.

Outdoor Training College has been approved to deliver these Nationally Recognised Qualifications throughout all of Queensland. We can deliver this course anywhere in QLD to eligible students.

To be eligible for the Certficate 3 Guarentee a student must:
Note: The be eligible for the Certificate 3 Guarantee program, a participant must not hold or be undertaking a Certificate III or higher level qualification from 1 July 2013. This includes any Certificate III or higher qualification, irrespective of whether the qualification is through a university degree, apprenticeship or traineeship pathway. (A certificate III qualification completed while at secondary school is not counted).
Note: Specific time-frames are applicable for government subsidised training courses.
